Citadel EHS is pleased to announce the addition of Rafael Macedo as a Project Engineer/Manager in our Engineering and Environmental Sciences department. Rafael brings with him 18 years of environmental experience and was most recently with ECM Consultants and previously with Kleinfelder, MACTEC (now AMEC Foster Wheeler) and Miller Brooks. We look forward to Rafael bringing his unique points of view to Citadel. Mr. Macedo is based out of our Costa Mesa office.
