Citadel EHS is pleased to announce that Muriel Nacar has joined the Engineering and Environmental Services group as a Staff Engineer.  Muriel was most recently with Kroner Environmental where she worked on the Metro Regional Connecter and Purple lines.  Muriel’s experience in the transportation sector along with specific experience managing hazardous wastes, preparing AQMD and CARB permits and bringing sustainable solutions to her clients is a welcome addition to our team.  Muriel is a graduate of USC’s Environmental Engineering program and has a Masters in Engineering from Purdue University.  Muriel will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Glendale.  Please help us welcome Muriel Nacar to the Citadel family.
