In addition to that, we like to recognize when our fellow Citadelians reach achievements–such as obtaining a new certificate, being nominated for a position in outside organizations, or receiving promotions internally. We’re a certified SBE, which means at 77 people we are a small company that treats each other like family–when one of our Citadel family succeeds, we all want to celebrate with them.

In under a year, Annie has made tremendous progress. Her diligence, attention to detail, and curiosity for learning is refreshing and our Principal Nalinna Rasu, is very pleased to have her join the newly created Environmental Compliance department for 2023!
