Citadel EHS seeks a Senior Project manager to manage high-profile asbestos, lead, and other hazardous materials surveys, project design, and project oversight. Ideal candidate will possess environmental remediation/abatement and/or construction management experience in the commercial, health care, educational, and retail environments, the ability to read blue prints, prepare project specifications, prepare project schedules, manage field staff, and prepare budgets.  California asbestos and lead certification is required. Candidate must possess strong written and oral skills, management experience, and be self-motivated. He/She will also be a high-energy, people person, with a desire to grow and develop professionally. Candidate can work in Glendale, Signal Hill, Irvine, Valencia, or Walnut Creek office locations.

We provide services to large institutional clients including the largest companies in the world.

Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or similar preferred
  2. Minimum 5 years of related Project Management experience required
  3. Certification as a California Asbestos Consultant and CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor is required
  4. Self-starter and responsiveness is a must
  5. 5.Knowledge of construction management, blue prints, MS Office, Word, and Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required.
  6. Should possess good organizational skills and time management practices
  7. Limited overnight travel is required
