PREPPING A HISTORICAL SANTA ROSA BUILDING FOR A COMPLIANT FUTURE
We were contracted by Sonoma County to repurpose the historical Chanate Complex medical building following Sutter Hospital’s departure—the project required comprehensive Environmentally Regulated Materials surveys and Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, as well construction and renovation needs.
Our environmental consultants have extensive expertise in the built environment, and as such, were well qualified to address the challenge of renovating buildings that had already been renovated multiple times. With a budget of just $5,000 our BSCi team successfully prepared remedial action budgets and sampling services of approximately 283,000 square feet of space in a short time frame, providing the county with everything they needed to move forward.
