Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Climate Risk Assessment & Business Continuity Planning

Confidential Client Major Luxury Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Project Description:
Citadel EHS (Citadel) was selected by a confidential global client to support the development of a climate risk and business continuity framework aligned with TCFD, ISSB, and California SB 261 requirements. The engagement spans multiple U.S. operations and is focused on identifying climate-related risks and integrating those insights into long-term resilience planning.
The scope includes stakeholder engagement, facility and geography-based risk analysis, and the evaluation of operational vulnerabilities across physical assets, supply chain functions, and workforce considerations. Citadel also conducted scenario-based analysis to estimate the potential impacts of evolving climate conditions on operations.
Findings from the assessment have supported the development of practical business continuity strategies, including adaptive planning and risk mitigation recommendations tailored to the client’s unique operating environment.
This ongoing engagement reflects Citadel’s ability to guide organizations through complex climate risk landscapes while supporting compliance and strategic resilience objectives.
