REVITALIZATING GREATER L.A. WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS

Throughout Los Angeles, major changes are taking place and the west side near LAX ranks among the top areas for new development. We partnered with a major developer to assist with a project for the Homewood Suites by Hilton, including performing a Phase 1 and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment—these procedures included soil vapor intrusion sampling and a full demolition building survey for asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paints, and other environmentally regulated materials.  

Once the office buildings were selected and the project was underway, our team of Environmental Health & Safety consultants assisted the developer with ensuring all identified hazardous materials were removed and disposed of correctly. The final outcome was contributing to the healthy revitalization of the greater Los Angeles area.
