SITE ASSESSMENTS AND AUDITS FOR SUNSET BRONSON STUDIOS

We were contracted by Hudson Pacific Properties to provide our expertise for the Sunset Bronson Studios, a television and movie studio consisting of 10 stages and 12 support buildings. Our Environmental Health & Safety compliance services were needed in the form of program-specific site audits, program development and implementation, plus compliance training for roughly 30 areas.

After an environmental site assessment, we prepared written policies for confined spaces, lockout tagout, and hearing conservation. We also prepared site-specific policies for the following subjects: Injury and Illness Prevention Program, Fall Protection, Personal Protective Equipment, Powered Industrial Trucks, Hazard Communication, Hot work, and Ergonomics. We referenced current site and operations information to prepare these policies—they were written to reflect all current regulatory require. Lastly, our team provided properly trained and qualified instructors for various training sessions—including asbestos & lead awareness, plus hazardous waste workshops to satisfy CUPA and HMBP training—to ensure our client would be up to date in their knowledge.
