EDUCATING SBCCD COLLEGE STAFF ON SAFETY & ERGONOMICS

San Bernardino Community College District reached out to our team for leadership and assistance with safety, loss, and risk training for their staff, as well as ergonomics evaluations across multiple locations..

To address their needs, our health and safety consultants implemented a safety training curriculum specifically tailored to SBCCD’s environment and policies, with all training including program overviews, PowerPoint presentations, sign-in sheets, certificates of completion, and wallet cards where applicable to make the process as easy as possible. We also implemented monthly safety committee meetings and OSHA/EPA/Regulatory related consultation. For the ergonomic portion of the project, our team provided on-site employee interviews and visual assessments of the workstations in question, identifying risk factors, reconfiguring incorrect ergonomic setups, and educating staff on proper workstation setup to prevent any future issues
