UCLA - Hazardous Materials Management Services

Since 1999, our team of Environmental, Health and Safety experts have been UCLA’s trusted partners for hazardous materials management services on 200+ projects, including several multi-million dollar seismic/safety upgrades throughout the campus. Our work has been performed on Kerckhoff Hall, the historic Powell Library, the Young Hall Chemistry wings, and the Broad Art Center.

Over the past decade, we have provided abatement plans and services for asbestos, lead, mercury, PCBs and other materials; microbial sampling and polychlorinated biphenyl surveys ; bid assistance and site surveillance for both demolition and reconstruction/expansion projects; air quality sampling, monitoring, and analysis for contaminants; sub-surface site assessments ; plus any inventory and documenting as necessary per project. Our work has been so successful, we continue working with UCLA today.
