Scott Myers is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP),
and Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) with 20 years of experience in occupational
health and safety consulting. His expertise spans a wide range of technical disciplines,
including industrial hygiene exposure assessment and management, hazardous
materials management, laser safety, biosafety, infection control, hazardous drug / potent
compound safety, chemical hygiene and hazard classification, fire prevention,
combustible dust hazard analysis, moisture and microbial assessment, indoor air quality
evaluation, and industrial ventilation assessment.
Mr. Myers has supported clients in public and private sectors, including municipal water
districts, public utilities, airports, seaports, government infrastructure, defense,
aerospace, construction, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing,
entertainment, and commercial real estate. He has successfully managed complex
projects requiring innovative solutions to achieve compliance, safety, and project-
specific goals. Project portfolio examples include the DTSC Exide Battery Residential
Lead Cleanup, Hurricane Ike post-disaster recovery (Port of Galveston), LAX airport
industrial hygiene monitoring program (confidential airline client), global construction

abatement program oversight (confidential public utility client), wildfire smoke
monitoring, LEED and WELL certification testing, and injury reduction in high-hazard

Following his relocation to Seattle, Washington in 2024, Mr. Myers is focused on
strengthening Citadel’s brand presence and client relationships in the Pacific Northwest.
He is responsible for new business development, staff management, project
management, and delivery of client-focused solutions that address complex EHS
challenges. In this role, he emphasizes strategic planning, client stewardship, and
innovative solutions that help clients meet their compliance obligations while enhancing
workplace health and safety.
Mr. Myers has also demonstrated occupational health and safety leadership as
President of the Southern California Section of the American Industrial Hygiene
Association (2022–2023), conference presentations, and white papers.
